SuperWebPros on the Morning Blend – Business Productivity Tools

Speaker 1 (00:03):

Bob (00:04):

This morning on the Blend we have back with us, Jesse Flores, who is with SuperWebPros. Good to see you.

Jesse (00:10):

Always great to be back.

Bob (00:11):

All right, so in the past, we’ve kind of alluded to this a little bit, but I’m wondering, what tools do you recommend for business owners and maybe teams to help them do more with their limited time?

Jesse (00:22):

Yeah. You know, actually this was actually kind of inspired by you. We had a conversation in December about this and I get this question all the time, like how do you guys optimize your business processes to be able to, to get as much stuff done? And so there are a couple of apps out there that I think frankly every small business owners should have or at least be aware of and potentially use. And so I’ll run through a list. I’ve got a lot. Many of these can be downloaded from our website, but first one is live chat via Drift. So Drift is this great app. If you go to our website, you’ll see the little, the little logo on the bottom. It allows for you to chat with customers who are on your website at that particular time. The great thing is they have a mobile app too. So if you’re not actually manning your website or you’re not online at that moment, it doesn’t matter. Someone goes onto Drift, they start talking with you, it’ll ping your phone and you can respond directly from your phone.

Bob (01:10):

Live, there on your website.

New Speaker (01:12):

Right there, right there. It’s awesome. And obviously they’re paid features get even better with automatic prospecting and qualifying. But for the average small business user, that’s plenty. Another one that I really love is this thing called UnrollMe. So all of us have way too many things we’re subscribed to, so with UnrollMe which is another free service you sync your inbox and it gives you one great interface where you can basically, it says, here’s all these subscriptions you’re subscribed to. And from one interface you can click either yes, continue to keep this in my Roll Up or unsubscribe. And so you don’t need to go and click a bunch of emails. You just go, one, I want to keep this one. I want to unsubscribe from that one. Keep this one. And all the ones you choose to subscribe to, it puts them in one digest. So then you get one email with all of those subscription emails in just one, one email. I’ll tell you what, it will declutter your inbox so fast.

Bob (02:04):

That’s gonna change my life, that’s what it’s going to do.

New Speaker (02:05):

It does. It’s amazing. You see your inbox drop tremendously when you use this app. I love it. And it’s a really great way to, to separate out the clutter from the actual customers or actual requests. Another one that I find to be really, really useful is this app called Calendly. So I dunno if you’ve ever had this problem where you’re trying to schedule lunch with somebody and say, Hey Bob, are you free next Wednesday? I can’t do next Wednesday, but I can do next Thursday. I can’t do that. And you have five email chains back and forth with Calendly. You are able to, you’re able to set up a quick app that says here’s your availability and it’s curated so that somebody can only see the slots you want them to see. And it looks automated.

Speaker 2 (02:44):

I know you have much more. But I want to direct people to your website where they can get all of these because there’s many more that you need to talk about. We’ll have you back. Get more information at
