Introduction to the Super Support Hub Dashboard

The Super Support Hub Dashboard is your main access point for adding websites, making requests, and tracking progress.

While using it is straightforward as it becomes more familiar, there may be a bit of a learning curve.

The Dashboard

The dashboard consists of 5 main parts:

  • Your websites – These are the websites you own, that you want The Pros to help you manage.
  • Content In Process – This is content you’ve asked to be made for your website. Content includes webpages, landing pages, sales funnels, popups, and more. Basically, it’s any information that can be consumed by a visitor on your website.
  • Active Projects – Projects represent requests for enhanced functionality, integrations, or features. Sometimes distinguishing between Content & Projects may be difficult, but don’t worry – that’s what The Pros are here to help you do!
  • Tasks Assigned To You – These are things we need from you in order to do our job. You’ll receive email notifications when we assign you a new task.
  • Inbox – Each Support Ticket, piece of Content, or Project request has a message feed for us to communicate. Any messages The Pros have shared will show up here, as well as the individual pages we’re working on.

From your dashboard, you can access any other part of the app you need to, in order to have a successful project.

Switching Tabs

You can switch to different areas of the Support Hub using the tabs in the top left part of the dashboard.

There are different tabs for Support Tickets, Content, and Projects, so you can quickly find what you’re looking for.

Adding New Stuff

In the top right corner of the dashboard, you can add new websites for us to manage, request updates to an existing website (Support Tickets), add Content, or create a new Project.

Clicking on the appropriate item will open up a form for you to be able to provide us the information we need.
