    Uploading Brand Guidelines in the Support Hub

    Let’s talk about branding and how you can get us the information we need to design your website so that it matches your brand (because the only way we’re going to be able to get the specific color themes that you want us to use is if you give them to us!). 

    You can get us this information in the Support Hub.

    From your account, you will just visit your website record.

    In your account, they’ll be a list of all the websites that you’re having built. So you’ll choose the website you want to work on, and upload the brand guidelines for. 

    Here you’ll see anything that is happening regarding the website and you’ll see a section called, “Brand Guidelines.”

    This is where you’re going to upload anything you have that will help us design the website to match your brand and your personality. You can upload a brand guide if you have it. If there’s a link to it online you can put that here. 

    If you have a Google Drive with everything we need to know you can put that link here. If you just have images of each color that you want you can upload those here.

    You’ll just hover over each section, you’ll edit, and you’ll be able to fill that in. Any additional fonts you like.

    All that brand information goes here and uploading all your brand information is going to make sure that we can design a website that matches your tone and your brand without having to do a lot of rework. As long as that all gets uploaded before we get started we’ll go a lot faster and things will go more smoothly.

    So that’s where you can find your brand guidelines.
