How to Complete a Super Site Content Brief

While it’s common to think of a website as a “single” entity, a website is actually a series of webpage and those webpages are a series of modules that communicate content or allow users to interact with the site.

These briefs break the site down into modules that you can use to communicate the content you want on your “Blueprint,” which your Design Pro is currently working on. Each module is optional so, if you don’t have content that fits a module, we can remove that section from your site. Each module is also interchangeable, so if you want to replace one module with another, all you have to do is copy and paste the module to the appropriate page and we’ll take it from there.

A note about images

While you can absolutely just describe the image you want, and have our Design Pros find one that fits, you can also provide a URL to an image you have rights to or have stored in Google or Dropbox. Also, we have licenses to all images on Elements, so feel free to select the perfect image rom there too!

Upload & You’re Ready to Go!

Once you’ve completed the brief for a given page, paste the link to the completed document in the “Your Content Link” section of the Content Brief in ProHQ or leave us a message in the feed and the Design Pros will get started on your Blueprint!

Remember, each page needs its own brief, so that we can make sure we’re tracking all the work fully and accurately.
